We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we offer refunds under the conditions below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition (e.g., missing tags, packaging) may be subject to a partial refund or denial.
Non-returnable items (personalized items, gift cards, perishable goods) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-60 days of receiving your return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:
Items that are returned after 48h has passed.
Items that are not in original condition, have missing parts, or are damaged.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
