Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday through Saturday.
During periods of high demand, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days after processing.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-7 days after processing.
Overnight Shipping: Orders placed will be delivered within 24-48 hours, except for countries outside Morocco, which can take up to 5-30 days.

4. Shipping Costs

5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

7. Shipping Address Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you realize an error, contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us or via our email: info@matrixtech92.com, and we will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the delivery company. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the delivery company directly to file a claim.
For lost packages that were not marked as delivered, please contact us at info@matrixtech92.com, and we will investigate the issue with the delivery company.
